The procedure for the social welfare benefits in the provisions of the Code of Administrative Procedure. It is good to follow people using the services of social assistance, for example: not to publish their names and the nature and extent of benefits granted. Jurisdiction of the local municipality shall be determined by the residence of an applicant to provide, in urgent cases by that persons place of residence. The municipality responsible shall be obliged to return to the municipality which granted the aid, the expenditure incurred on the provision of social assistance. Social assistance benefits are granted at the request of the person concerned, his or her legal representative or another person, the consent of the person concerned or his or her legal representative. The decision to grant or refuse the provision requires perinterviewing carried out by a social worker. Decisions on social assistance shall be issued in writing. In specific cases it may be delivered orally. The competent authority may amend or repeal the administrative decision to the detriment of the parties without their consent in the event of a change of the law.
